As indicated by the results of the social survey, conducted by the TNS company at the request of the IWP, the absolute majority of Ukrainian citizens are convinced that the foreign policy of Ukraine requires changes. Moreover, Ukrainians approach the choice of priorities in Ukraine’s foreign policy pragmatically and are for its economization.
The poll has been conducted by TNS Ukraine within the TNS On-line Track project on request of the IWP from August 16 to 21, 2016 by online survey among urban population aged 18 to 55 throughout Ukraine (excluding Crimea). The poll has involved 1,000 respondents (a representative sample, quoted by gender, age, region, and community size and type).

The overall ranking of one area or another is the sum of points of key events which occurred in that specific area during the last three months.
The documents disclose the context of the events and provides the assessment of factors that affect the country’s position. A forecast of the developments is made based on the facts presented.
The initiative has been supported by the Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation of the German Marshall Fund, and the UNITER project implemented in Ukraine by Pact and supported by the US Agency for International Development (USAID). On top of that, IWP expresses its gratitude to the International Renaissance Foundation, the Think Tank Fund, and the Embassy of Sweden (SIDA).
