March is full of events that are related to NATO. If talking about French anniversary of leaving the alliance was very pleasant, because this month Nicholas Sarkozy has announced about France returning to military structures of Alliance. However talking about today – a 10-year anniversary since the beginning of NATO military operations in Yugoslavia, which is much harder and responsible.
