I am currently at Brussels, yet my thoughts are partly at Stockholm. The reason is simple: I have met several European Union officials, who told me that Sweden who has the chairmanship of EU is preparing for Ukraine-EU summit that will take place tomorrow at Kiev. From what I’ve heard, it all sounds very depressing: the country, which was seen as one of the key supporters of Kiev due to its chairmanship appeared to be replaced. It seems like anything what has been offered by Ukraine is perceived with hostility. Sometimes heavily rely on Russian opinion. The article is available in Ukrainian only
