On March 19 Institute of World Policy named TOP-10 Ukrainian Ambassadors Abroad and TOP-10 Foreign Ambassadors in Ukraine 2014. The rating is based on the results of expert survey.The official presentation included a ceremony of awarding the winners with diplomas. IWP awarded the Ambassador of Austrian to Ukraine Wolf Dietrich Heim and Head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine Jan Tombinski. The last one was recognized as the most effective foreign ambassador in Ukraine for the second time.
