“In the comment of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs there is not a single word about the actual facts stated in our analytical paper. Instead, the Russia’s MFA tried to discredit the research by fabricating and manipulating the facts. The reaction of Russian diplomats is the best proof that the peacekeeping mission in the Republic of Moldova should be reformed.
One of the main conditions for success according to the standards of UN is an impartiality of peacekeeping mission. Obviously, Russia does not qualify for such a description while supporting the regime in Transnistria”.
