On April 20, the Institute of World Policy held a public discussion “Ukraine-Hungary: Toward a Balanced Partnership” and presented a discussion paper “Foreign Policy Audit: Ukraine-Hungary”.The discussion paper was written by Ivan Medynskyi, research fellow at the Institute of World Policy, and Bence Kapcsos, invited Hungarian expert.
