A Media-Club “European integration of Ukraine: what to expect in 2012?” with Vsevolod Chentsov, Acting Director-General of the Directorate General for the European Union, MFA of Ukraine took place in IWP. The event was moderated by Alyona Getmanchuk, director of the Institute of World Policy.Vsevolod Chentsov commented on current developments in the bilateral relations between Ukraine and the EU, especially with regard to the Association Agreement and Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area agreement. Answering questions from the Ukrainian journalists and experts, he provided detailed information on cooperation in the EU in such spheres as transport, energy and ecology. He also paid much attention to the issue of the visa-free regime with the EU for the Ukrainian citizens.
