I didn’t manage to have time to write about the new toy of Russian government – the agreement about European defense. However after Russian president Medvedev have proclaimed that it is the priority of the Russian government in terms of defense sphere, I decided to find some – you won’t believe it – positive moments, because to criticize this truck-on-water project is not a hard thing to do.
