Mr. Deschytsia mentioned that resolving conflicts is a priority during his chairmanship of Ukraine at OSCE. The Special Representative informed the Strategic Discussion Club that he “actually meets the representatives of the conflicting parties every week.”

Mr. Deschytsia evaluated the reconciliation of negotiations and emphasized that conflicting parties can come to agreement. This possibility can be exemplified by the protocol resolution, which was signed in the “5+2” format on May 24th, on the dismantlement of the ropeway over the river Dnister.
