On February 2nd, 2011 the Media Club on Russian Black Fleet took place in the Institute of World Policy.Viktor Semenov, Ambassador of the Ukrainian MFA and Deputy Head of the Ukrainian Delegation in the Ukrainian-Russian Intergovernmental Commission on Black Sea Fleet was the guest of the event.
Media Clubs are aimed at the making the Ukrainian foreign policy more transparent for media and developing the knowledge of the prominent journalists on the current problems of the international relations. {2}{1}
