The Euroatlantist Diary. Poroshenko’s debut at NATO headquarters

Petro Poroshenko was lucky and not lucky at the same time. Lucky because he was the first Ukrainian minister who took part in Ukraine-NATO commission meeting at the times when it had a high status. He was also the first minister of foreign affairs of Ukraine, who was able to participate in the evaluation of the debut of the Annual National Program (ANP), which is usually called a MAP-substitute.
